WHO I AM

My name is Tianah Gingras, I am an American College of Sports Medicine Certified Exercise Physiologist (ACSM-EP) and the Program Manager at Movement Company in Tucson.

I have had a passion for health and fitness for as long as I can remember. While in high school, I completed a Certificate III in Fitness and a Certificate II in Sport and Recreation at Tafe Queensland. This allowed me to work as a Certified Group Trainer in my home country, Australia. During this time, I competed internationally in both softball and athletics (track and field), ultimately pursuing a javelin scholarship at the University of Alabama, where I earned my BSE, Majoring in Human Performance, Exercise and Sport's Science.

I absolutely love using my passion to motivate my clients to work hard to achieve their goals. I work with a variety of different clients of different ages, genders, abilities, and experiences. Being a mum myself, I am passionate about supporting other mums by providing tools to prioritize their health and wellbeing. I tailor each workout program to their specific schedules, goals, and experience, and I also offer “Mommy and Me” fitness options to create a fun, interactive space for mothers and their little ones to stay active together.

In addition to personal training, I am deeply involved in coaching high school athletes. I work as a strength and conditioning coach for the girls' volleyball and basketball teams, helping them build the strength, endurance, and agility needed to excel on the court. I am also a high school softball coach, offering specialized 1-on-1 training in hitting, catching, infield, and outfield skills. As a track and field coach, I focus on multievents, helping athletes develop across a wide range of disciplines. Supporting young athletes in reaching their full potential is one of the most rewarding aspects of my career.

In addition to my role at Movement Company, I am excited to offer personal training sessions at my home gym in Saint David, as well as online training options for those who prefer to train remotely. Whether you’re looking to start your fitness journey, include your child in your workouts, or take your training to the next level, I provide a supportive and personalized approach to help you achieve your goals.
